Our Coffee

Roasted Heavy, Poured Honest

The Pour

Built for the Cup, Not the Trend

We roast in small batches on a drum that came out of a retired rail workshop — watched by eye, never by a timer alone. The goal isn't a delicate sip. It's a cup with weight: bold roots in the soil, strong brews in the mug.

Every roast is rested, bagged, and shipped fresh from the foundry. No shortcuts, no flavor-of-the-month — just coffee built to outlast the season.

The Spectrum

Three Ways to Run the Line

Light Roast

The Granite Light

Bright and clean, with the crystalline sweetness of high-altitude stone fruit. Roasted to keep the origin loud.

Medium Roast

The Pine Medium

Balanced and resinous — caramel, toasted nut, and a quiet pine finish. The every-day pour for the crew.

Dark Roast

The Iron Dark

Heavy, smoky, and built for endurance. Bittersweet chocolate and a forge-hot finish that stands up to milk.

Granite-Grown Beans

We source from high-altitude farms that share the grit of our home mountains — dense, hard beans with the character to stand up to a heavy roast.
